Austrade to cover up to 50% of your tickets, travel and sponsorship/exhibition costs!

The B2B Marketing Leaders Forum APAC 2021 is an Austrade Approved Business Event.
This means that all Australian companies can apply for the “Business Events Grant Program” which covers 50% of your event costs, up to $250k.

Overview:

  • To be eligible you must have an ABN number and being a company incorporated in Australia
  • Your total event expenditure costs for the event must be at a minimum $10k, leaving you out of pocket only $5,000.00.
  • The grant is available to anyone who bought tickets or sponsorship/exhibition booths after the 11 January 2021.
  • Costs you can claim:
    o Branded Sponsorship
    o Hire of exhibition space
    o Costs of tickets
    o Event display and set up costs (design, AV, manufacturing, shipping/transport)
    o Promotional material
    o Catering and networking activities
    o Contractors
    o Travel and hotel

Deadline for submission of grant is 30 June 2021 or until the funds are exhausted ($50M across about 100 events)
