Launched in 2015, the B2B Marketing Leaders Forums are now established as attracting the largest gathering of B2B CMOs and marketing leaders in the Asia Pacific region.
Ten years ago, I launched the B2B Marketing Leaders Forum out of a personal need — to keep up with the rapid evolution of our profession and stay relevant as a modern B2B marketer. After more than a decade leading marketing for B2B events and publishing companies across Australia, Europe, and the Middle East, I couldn’t find any conference that focused specifically on B2B marketing. So, I created one — for myself, and as it turned out, for thousands of others just like me.
Today, the B2B Marketing Leaders Forum is Asia Pacific’s largest conference for B2B marketers, with flagship events in Sydney and Singapore. Over the last decade, we’ve built more than a conference — we’ve built a community of passionate, driven, and forward-thinking marketing leaders. Together, we’ve elevated B2B marketing to the strategic growth engine it deserves to be.

As CMOs and marketing professionals we need to constantly look to differentiate our marketing and look ahead to see what marketing trends are worth exploring, experimenting with and adopting. All to help our businesses grow and also to stay relevant as modern marketers.
After 13 years as Head of Marketing for B2B events and publishing companies in Australia, Europe and the Middle East, I decided to create this conference for myself, for my own personal learning and development, to keep up with all these changes, to help me stay relevant.
For this Forum, I invite all speakers and write the program very much based on my own personal marketing journey and am greatly thankful to all speakers and their teams who in many cases are the ones that have notified me of their managers as potential speakers with interesting stories to share.
I test the program and topics with the advisory panel and also over casual dinners, lunches and coffees with fellow B2B marketers.
Kristy Kelly - Managing Director
I studied advertising and public relations at university and knew I was in the right place. After jumping in as project manager in an agency and learning so much, I continued climbing up the ranks in the account service departments of creative and marketing agencies. My passion for solutions, strong brands and well-thought strategy proved valuable during my time company-side as Marketing Manager and Director. I’m truly passionate about driving revenue and growth through marketing.
In my latest role with B2B Marketing Leaders Forum and B2B Sales Leaders Forum, my role as Marketing Director expanded in 2021 to become General Manager and to Managing Director in 2023. I’m driven by our community and the value we add to careers and partnerships. I’m passionate in growing our B2B community across APAC with my mantra being ‘connections through meaningful interactions’.
