CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you are unable to attend the event you may send a replacement colleague to attend in your place.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to email@example.com
The following refunds apply for all ticket purchases.
Within 7 days of ticket purchase: full refund less an admin fee of AUD200.00 per delegate
Before 28 February 2020: 50% refund
After 1 March 2020: no refund
In order to receive a Group Booking Discount, all members of the group must come from the same organisation (or be included on the one invoice), be registered at the same time and registration must be finalised in a single payment.
Payment is required at the time of booking or within 7 days of the invoice being issued. Delegates will not be permitted access to the conference unless payment has been received in full.
If payment has not been received within 7 days of an early bird registration, that delegate will be charged in full.
B2B Marketing Leaders Forum Pty Ltd is dedicated to keeping your details private. All registration information (including your name, job title, company’s name, telephone number, postal and email address), we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We also collect personal information from you when you contact us (by email or otherwise) or through publicly available information (such as LinkedIn profiles etc). We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone if you have opted-out to receive messages from third parties. We use your information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletter and to personalise your experience with us.

B2B Marketing Leaders Forum Pty Ltd makes our attendee lists available to Headline and Platinum Sponsors based on opt-in at the time of your registration. If you have received assistance with registration, then you are automatically opting-in to receive communications from third parties. We also provide the attendee lists to sponsors of the ‘tracks’ and ‘group sessions’ at the Forum. If your badge is scanned at a session, you are opting-in to receive communications from these third parties. If you do not wish for this to happen, please ensure your badge isn’t scanned.
Onsite registrations will incur an additional AUD200 registration surcharge fee.
B2B Marketing Leaders Forum Pty Ltd reserves the right to qualify all attendees to their events. We reserve the right to deny access to any individual or company.
Distribution of marketing or advertising material at the event is strictly prohibited unless previously arranged and agreed with B2B Marketing Leaders Forum Pty Ltd prior to the event. Violators will be removed from the event.
