Tejaswini Tilak is Digital Realty’s Vice President of Marketing for Asia Pacific. She is responsible for building and executing a go-to-market strategy for the business in the region and plays a key role in bringing the differentiated value of PlatformDIGITAL™ to enterprise and service provider clients to fast-track their digital journey. Prior to joining Digital Realty, Tejaswini was the Senior Director for Segment Marketing at Equinix spearheading the go-to-market activation for the enterprise segment, delivering strategic insights and solutions to enterprise customers in the region. She previously served as Global Head of Carrier Services at Telstra Global, where she led segment-specific solution design, and drove innovation across the company's product portfolio. She has also been responsible for Product Management at Tata Communications. Ms. Tilak is a passionate advocate for diversity & inclusion (D&I), which led to her co-founding and leading the regional D&I council and women’s network at Equinix. She continues to be a speaker at D&I and other thought leadership forums across the region. Ms. Tilak holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Indian Institute of Management and has completed an Executive Education program on Strategic Marketing at Stanford University.
