Sujoy is an experienced marketing and business development leader with over 25 years of experience in the tech industry. As the Chief Marketing Officer of Kyndryl Asia (formerly IBM Global Technology Services), a $19B start-up WW. Sujoy has been pivotal in establishing the company's marketing and overall brand presence and delivering tangible results across Asian markets. Through his expertise in Account Based Marketing, Sujoy has generated over $300 million in pipeline and secured $170 million in new business.
Previously, Sujoy served as the Commercial Strategy Leader at IBM Asia Pacific, where he improved business development and drove profitability through data driven deal qualification and improved deal economics. Under his leadership, a 25-member team designed, launched and executed globally an AI-powered business development and sales platform (Crystal+). With a passion for leadership development, Sujoy actively contributes to programs aimed at improving business development, sales excellence, and win rates.
Sujoy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Economics from Acadia University in Nova Scotia, Canada, is passionate about documenting the work done by non-profit organizations through photo documentaries and broader photojournalism.
