Biography

Jennie is a seasoned executive with 25 years of outstanding results in senior marketing, customer and operational roles across a diverse range of companies including start-ups, multi-nationals and self-employed as a strategic adviser.

She is known as a passionate and inspirational leader who loves working with teams to uncover and deliver optimal strategic outcomes.

Jennie is an expert in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies in the Asia Pacific region centred on customer service excellence. Her focus areas include market strategy development, customer experience and technology-driven transformation across a wide range of industries, including Telecommunications, Media, Technology and Retail.

Jennie’s purpose is to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to inspire and build a better working world by helping companies successfully transform, innovate and grow. She believes that happy employees ensure happy customers. And happy customers ensure happy shareholders — in that order.
► Jennie was previously the Vice President for the Business Applications & Solutions team for a leading Telco responsible for Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, the ThinkSpace Innovation Centre and Smart City Solutions (leveraging mobile, IoT, analytics & social technologies). Jennie was responsible for end-to-end product development from Ideation through to market launch.
► Driving customer-centric culture via organisation adoption and accountability, implementing real-time voice of the customer, embedding experience design models in product development, establishing end-to-end customer metrics, measurement and ROI models and building customer oriented product strategies
► Highly experienced in dealing with company boards and technology start ups, Jennie advises a number of technology start-ups around go-to-market models and alliance partnering for scale
► Accelerating traditional business cases timeframes by leveraging data analytics for rapid decision making
► Establishment of corporate innovation programs to drive employee ideation/participation, accelerated test/fail development lifecycles, seed funding
models, leveraging external innovation ecosystems and applying best practices entrepreneurial methodologies
► Remodelling enterprises around new digital business models such as Internet of Things (IOT)
