As Managing Director of marketing and communications for Accenture across Australia and New Zealand, Tracy is responsible for building and protecting Accenture's brand and reputation; attracting, inspiring and engaging talent; and driving growth. She is passionate about creating unique, memorable and rewarding experiences for Accenture's people, clients and communities. As technology continues to disrupt traditional business models and open up new growth opportunities, Tracy firmly believes there has never been a more exciting time to be in marketing.
With more than 20 years’ experience building brands, creating unique customer experiences and driving growth in markets worldwide, Tracy has had the opportunity to work with a fascinating mix of colleagues and clients. She has led teams around the world focused on marketing to a diverse group of industries including resources, public sector and financial services.
Tracy sits on the Accenture ANZ leadership team, she is a member of the Accenture ANZ Inclusion and Diversity Steering Group where she sponsor the gender equality program, and is on the Accenture Global Marketing and Communications Council.
