He also serve as Executive Committee Member. Tolga has 18 years of both operational and functional work experience in various multinational companies across Asia and Europe with a strong focus on Marketing in general, and Pricing, Sales Force Management, Product Development, Key Account Management in particular. Prior to joining Lafarge in Malaysia he worked in Switzerland, France and Ukraine as Global Head of Sales Excellence, Group Vice President Commercial Performance – Asia Region, and Vice President Marketing & Innovation. Solid accomplishments include; successful M&A transactions, turnaround management, creating start-up companies, setting up and leading Marketing & Key Account organizations, delivering exponential growth through new product sales, launch of commercial brands.
