Samantha has been at the forefront of strategic marketing and customer experience for some of Australia’s most recognisable brands including Fairfax, the City of Sydney, Qantas and The GPT Group. Samantha is currently the National Marketing Manager for Engineers Australia.
Sam’s innate understanding of how customer experiences can deliver real returns to any service based organisation has seen her successfully develop and implement integrated programs that deliver great experiences through enhanced customer service and engaged physical touch points.
With a diverse multidisciplinary approach to marketing, she has an understanding of the needs and nuances of corporate, media and government environments. As a result, Sam has developed bespoke customer, brand and community strategies, informed by qualitative and quantitative research that continue to demonstrate strong commercial returns.
