Narelle Turner is Executive General Manager at Broadspectrum and is responsible for their Marketing division and customer experience philosophy. Narelle manages a team of B2B marketing specialists that are accountable for brand and account marketing activities in Australia and New Zealand, as well as leading the implementation of software and tools that enable sophisticated customer engagement at all stages of the buying and relationship journey.
With joint responsibility for Marketing and Development activities, Narelle has been instrumental in positioning marketing as an essential part of Broadpsectrum’s growth agenda. She works closely with the Executive Team to leverage marketing strategies that focus on long-term positioning and growth, within discreet select markets.
Narelle has several years’ experience in senior management roles in marketing, business development and P&L accountability, making her a trusted and respected authority when engaging with senior management and operations. Narelle has a personal interest in providing strong leadership for other women at all levels, fostering growth and participation of more junior women. She achieves this through personal mentorship, leading by example and facilitating diversity and inclusion discussions.
