Maria joined the OzForex Group in August 2015 as Chief Marketing Officer. She launched the OFX brand and website four months later and is in the process of rolling out the brand globally to create a single global brand.
Maria has 18 years’ experience in commercial roles encompassing strategy consulting, business development and marketing. She has spent the last ten years in marketing leadership roles including most recently at AMP where she was the Director of Channel Marketing and prior to that as Head of Marketing Communications at Optus for 7 years. She is a strategic marketeer who was awarded 2012 AdNews Top 40 under 40.
Maria also has start-up experience having working at Virgin Management Limited in London, setting up new business ventures for the Group, where she launched Virgin Mobile in France, Canada and South Africa.
Maria has a Master of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with European Studies from the University of Bristol.
