Bryce Marshall is the Marketing Manager at eWAY, a multi-channel payments platform that powers over 25,000 Australian businesses and processes around a quarter of all online retail spend in Australia. eWAY’s entire business is founded on ‘human’ B2B customer service, and the company is one of Salesforces’ key Australian customers.
Bryce has been at eWAY since 2009, starting in the sales department after graduating from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Arts. Since starting at eWAY Bryce has managed the Sales and Support teams and in 2013 was responsible for changing eWAY’s focus to be a true customer company, through the implementation and management of all cloud platforms. Within this role Bryce has helped to architect and implement the customer digital experience through the use of Salesforce and Pardot. With Bryce’s Sales & Customer Experience expertise, coupled with his knowledge of the eCommerce industry he is now heading up eWAY’s Marketing strategies. Bryce is currently a member of the Pardot Customer Advisory Board and a Certified Pardot Specialist.
